KUWTJ Store specializes in authentic sneaker sourcing through limited pre-orders and select resale inventory.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming sneaker releases before the Official Release Date. Orders are secured once payment is completed and the pre-order period closes.

Order Fulfillment

Order fulfillment begins on the Official Release Date.

Shipping

Orders ship after inventory has been received, verified, and prepared for shipment. All shipped orders include UPS Express Shipping, tracking, and shipping insurance.

Delivery Times

Shipped orders typically arrive within 2 business days after the release date. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and location.

Shipping Responsibility

KUWTJ Store is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. KUWTJ Store is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

All shipments are insured by KUWTJ Store. In the event of loss or damage in transit, KUWTJ Store will handle the claims process with UPS and work toward a resolution.

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, delivery is considered complete.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
