Returns and refunds

Due to the limited nature of sneaker releases and pre-orders, all sales are final.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order payments reserve your selected size and cannot be canceled or changed once payment has been submitted.

If a Limited Release Pre-Order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory allocation limitations, your order will be refunded in full.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or discover shipping damage, contact KUWTJ Store within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
  
• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
  

Return Requirements

Approved returns must be:

• Unworn
  
• In the original packaging
  
• In the same condition received
  

If approved, KUWTJ Store may issue a replacement or refund at its discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by KUWTJ Store.
